"The most rewarding thing for me is seeing people accomplish things they never thought they could, through consistent hard work. Being there when the person who came in on day one, thinking they'd never be able to do a pull-up, get it the first time. Seeing how someone, who couldn't stand up from the floor when they started, do burpees. Those are the things that make me the happiest."
