12 GROUP SESSIONS
12 Group sessions per month means that you can attend on average three group classes per week. Our Saturday team workouts are free, so they don't deduct from your 12 sessions. If you miss out on a week of training you can catch up the following week. Classes don't carry over to the next month.
8 GROUP SESSIONS
8 Group sessions a month for an average of two group classes a week. Our Saturday team workouts are free, so they don't deduct from your 8 sessions.

5 TOP-UP SESSIONS
If you want to supplement your current training with our group classes or you travel often and can't commit to a monthly package - this is for you. Buy 5 top-up sessions at a time, that can be used over

Our off-peak hours are currently between 9am and 11am. Use our clean facility and quality equipment to follow your own program.
