12 GROUP SESSIONS
12 Group sessions per month means that you can attend on average three group classes per week. Our Saturday team workouts are free, so they don't deduct from your 12 sessions. If you miss out on a week of training you can catch up the following week. Classes don't carry over to the next month.
5 TOP-UP SESSIONS
If you are looking to supplement your training with our group classes or you travel a lot and can't commit to monthly packages - this is for you. Buy 5 Top-up sessions at a time, that can be used over a period of 3 months.
This is for the people who are travelling and in need of a place to get a top class workout done. If you are interested in signing up and you would just like to do a taste test, you can come in for a free trial session.
