CHOOSE YOUR TRAINING STYLE
We have two training styles to choose from - CrossFit and FITburn. CrossFit focusses on your strength and fitness with the perfect combination of weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity training. If you are interested in getting freakishly FIT without any prior experience (by using your bodyweight, dumbbells and kettlebells) FITburn is for you.

FUNDAMENTALS FOR CROSSFIT
If you choose to do our CrossFit style classes (and you haven't done Crossfit for at least 6 months) we will take you through our Fundamentals Course. During 4 sessions we cover all of the Fundamental movements that you can expect to find during a CrossFit session, to ensure that you can easily slot into our group classes.

SET GOALS, WORK HARD, REASSESS, REPEAT
We will help you to clarify your "why", so that we can guide you in the most effective way possible and keep you accountable. All you have to do is show up consistently to put in the hard work. We then assess your progress, reassess your goals and repeat the process to help you become everything you wish to be!
FITBURN
FITBURN EXPLAINED
Simply put, these sessions are for those who want to work hard, sweat a lot and feel the burn without having to worry about technical movements or heavy weights.
Most of our members who choose FITburn either come from a running/cycling background or they don't have any prior training experience. You can start these classes immediately without going through our fundamentals training.
CROSSFIT
CROSSFIT EXPLAINED
You've probably heard of CrossFit before, but you might be apprehensive or have a bit of a misconception. The beauty of CrossFit is that it is effective and fun. We combine different movements (bodyweight and weighted) to give you a high intensity workout that will make you stronger, fitter and healthier. Anyone can do these classes on completion of our Fundamentals training.
