CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

The magic is in the movements. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. Our workouts are adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

These classes are geared towards general physical preparedness. These sessions are less technical and focus on conditioning through high intensity interval training sets, functional movements and plyometric movements in aerobic and anaerobic workouts. These classes are highly accessible to people with little to no prior CrossFit experience and it is a great supplement for the Classic CrossFit program.

My CrossFit journey started about 18 months ago when I stumbled upon the 6th Element CrossFit. What started out as a few months to gain some upper body strength has turned into a long term stay for me. After joining 6th Element I have seen such a change in myself, both physically and mentally. I cannot describe the fantastic feeling in words when you master a new movement or reach a PB. 

The coaching staff focus on form over weight. They never push you for more weights if you are not ready. I really find the personal attention during classes very effective and it is almost like having your own personal trainer.

From the minute I walked into the box I felt  at ease.  Lee was friendly, informative and we decided to give it a chance.​ The whole team turned out to be as great. I look forward to every training session now. 

The trainers have my best interests at heart, pushing me only as hard as I’m comfortable, unless they know I am capable of more. The sessions are planned really well and are kept interesting.


The only word to describe 6th Element is family.  Everyone cares about what is going on with everyone else. I look forward to going from strength to strength with my new training family. I am feeling stronger, fitter and more capable everyday.
